All payments are made in advance. The service will be automatically canceled if the user does not renew their account before expiration date. After a successful payment the user will be notified by e-mail.
Subscriptions are personal and may not be used by multiple people. Accounts may be terminated in case they're shared. Users can, at any point, disable automatic renewal on the user profile page.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if you're not satisfied with our service or wish to cancel your purchase. The 30-day period starts when your payment is made. Each account and customer is eligible for the refund offer only once. We do not offer refunds for cryptocurrency payments.

We do not notify users of minor changes to these Terms. If significant changes are made, we will notify all users by email. Xeovo will contact all users by email if dramatic changes are made.
All disputes that cannot be resolved directly between Xeovo and the involved parties will be settled in a Finnish court.
